| IPVision Privacy Policy
Your privacy and the confidentiality of your work is important
to IPVision. So that you understand how we handle these matters we
provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the
choices you can make about the way your information is collected and
used. We will protect the confidentiality not only of the information
you provide to us, but also the information you obtain using any of the
IPVision websites, including our main website http://ipvisioninc.com, http://See-the-Forest.com, the
Advantage⢠platform and the other IPVision corporate and law firm
project and subscription websites (collectively, "IPVision Websites").
These policies are effective as of February 26, 2010 and may be updated
by IPVision from time to time by posting revised policies on the
IPVision Website.
Application of This Notice
This Notice applies only to the information collected by IPVision from
the users of any of the IPVision Websites. It does not apply to
information collected by IPVision in any other way, including offline.
The IPVision Websites may contain links to other web sites operated by
third parties, including United States and foreign government
agencies. IPVision is not responsible for the privacy practices or
policies of such third party web sites and this Notice does not apply
to those web sites.
What Information We Collect
IPVision Websites are not set up to collect automatically any personally
identifiable information from visitors. We can tell which
Internet Service Provider our visitors use, but not the names, addresses
or other information about our visitors that would allow us to identify
the particular visitors to IPVision Websites. This
information is used only for internal purposes by our technical support
staff.
IPVision Websites track certain information such as the numbers and
frequency of visitors to our web sites and their individual pages.
These aggregated statistics are used internally to improve the IPVision
Websites and for product development and marketing purposes
generally. These aggregated statistics may also be provided to
advertisers and other third parties, but again, the statistics contain
no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.
As part of the registration process at IPVision Websites we collect the
e-mail address of our users and we may also from time to time collect
the name, address, other personal information on each of our
users. We also collect information for each UserID to support
customer service and invoicing. This information is used to
communicate with our users about billing, changes, new features and
services, etc. In addition, we may aggregate personal
information into demographic data about our users to enable us to
provide the most relevant and valuable services to our user community.
In a few areas of the IPVision Websites we ask you to provide
information that will enable us to assist you with customer service or
technical support issues, or to follow up with you after your visit, or
to otherwise support your customer relationship with IPVision.
We also keep records of e-mails and telephone calls (including, at
times, recordings of calls) to our customer service center. We do
this to make sure the problems and issues you bring to our attention are
resolved promptly and correctly.
Cookies Information: When you visit some of the IPVision
Websites, we may send one or more cookies - a small text file
containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer that
uniquely identifies your browser. IPVision uses session
cookies that are temporary and disappear after you close your
browser. You can reset your web browser to refuse all
cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However,
some features of some of the IPVision Websites may not function
properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.
Log File Information: Our servers automatically record
certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any
website. These server logs may include information such as
your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type,
browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform type, number
of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of
those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and
time of your request, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify
your browser.
What We Do With the Information We
Collect
The personal information you provide to us when using the IPVision
Websites, such as your name, postal or e-mail address or telephone
number will be kept confidential and used to support your customer
relationship with us, and to notify you of special offers, updated
information and new products and services from IPVision, offers from
third parties that we think may be of interest to you, or used by
IPVision or third parties for the purpose of conducting market research
or surveys on behalf of IPVision. Any contractors of IPVision who
are given access to your personal information will be required to keep
the information confidential and not use it for any other purpose than
to carry out the services they are performing for IPVision.
We use your information only for the operation of the IPVision Websites
and for providing invoices to you. Your personal user information
is never used for any purpose other than registration, log-in, billing
and order tracking. In addition, except as specifically described
in this Notice we do not make your information available to any third
parties. For example, we do not provide our customer lists to
other businesses or service providers.
IPVision may from time to time use network advertising companies
(companies that manage and provide advertising for numerous unrelated
companies) to provide advertisements on an IPVision Website.
Should IPVision use such companies we may provide them with your log-in
name and any demographic information about you that we collect.
Those advertising companies may combine that data with non-personally
identifiable data collected by the advertising company from your
computer solely for the purpose of delivering advertisements on an
IPVision Website that are targeted to you.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers.
Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information
about our customer population, so we can make the IPVision Websites more
effective.
Circumstances may arise where we are required to disclose your personal
information to third parties for purposes other than to support your
customer relationship with IPVision, such as in connection with a
corporate divestiture or dissolution where we sell all or a portion of
our business or assets (including our associated customer lists
containing your personal information), or if disclosure is required by
law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or
proceedings.
Security

correct use of information, we have put in place what we consider to be
appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard
and secure the information we collect online. However, due
to the nature of the Internet there can be no assurances that such
procedures and safeguards will be sufficient to secure such
information. Please contact us promptly if you become aware

13 or even 18 years of age. If you are under 13 years of
age, then please do not use or access any IPVision Website at any time
or in any manner. If IPVision learns that personally
identifiable information of persons less than 13 years of age has been
collected on an IPVision Website without verified parental consent, then
IPVision will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.
